@SkyHelpTeam I’m with Sky Mobile and having the 2gb package isn’t an option for me. I’ve had to use the rubbish mobile data all day to work. I rang and they said I can’t have it.

@lolliihunter @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’m in Sherburn In Elmet and it has been down since 11:30pm last night. I’ve missed a full days of work because of this. I rang and asked if adding more mobile data was an option(as I’m with Sky Mobile too) and they said no, that I need to sit and wait it out.not happy.
