@SpiritAirlines this is unacceptable. My elderly parents had a layover in Ft. Lauderdale and their connecting gate was so far away that they had to sprint off their first flight just to make it. The gate agent refused to let them on - even though the plane was still at the gate...and then the flight DEPARTED EARLY, leaving them stranded. Customer service is now telling them the next flight isn’t until tomorrow, and that they need to pay $100 each to book it, AND stay in the airport for 24 hours. These are older travelers who are now stuck and don’t know what to do. This is absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. This was YOUR mistake, not theirs. You should be comping a hotel and rebooking them free of charge immediately. Let me know what the next steps are.

In light of everything that's happened this week, there’s a few things I want to say. I have been rocking with Triple Whale and the founding team since they launched in 2021. I was literally in the middle of hiring and training an intern on how to build a whole reporting dashboard in Google Sheets when I saw AJ post something in AdLeaks (IYKYK) about a new app he was creating. We had a conversation about what my needs were and what I was looking for and a few months later, these guys literally built the one app that I eventually opened every hour on the hour everyday for the last 4 years. I was lucky enough to be close to the founding team to give feedback constantly. I felt like I was actually being heard and whatever was missing in my tech stack, they built it and they built it well. Yes there were times where features were shipped and they missed the mark. Name one company that is perfect. Are you perfect? Do you have a 100% hit rate on all the new ads you launch in your ad account? Absolutely not. It was the same when Moby was initially introduced. Did I need another LLM to talk to about my data? Was it cool to ask “what was my NCAC on November 4th compared to October 4th” and get an answer? Sure. Did I need it for everyday use? No. I told AJ and Maxx this. But what I also told them was I’ve been trying to leverage ChatGPT and Claude to help me and my team increase our output when it came to ads and more specifically static ads. I have 240 active ads in my ad account right now. Most of them are statics. I have tested THOUSANDS if not TENS OF THOUSANDS of static ads over the years. I am constantly fighting this battle of trying to come up with new ideas, new angles, new concepts. I’ve tried to use LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude to generate new ideas, but the problem is every output is generic and trash. Weak headlines. No edge. Same recycled AI slop over and over. No matter how many documents I upload with my data, customer reviews, post purchase surveys etc to help train the AI. Maxx emailed me 2 months ago saying they had something big coming. When Maxx or AJ emails you to get on a call, you’re going to get on a call. Point blank Moby and Triple Whale have access to $50B+ in ecom data. It has access to every single ad and its associated metrics from my ad accounts for the last 4 years. Does ChatGPT have access to all of your Shopify Data? Your Meta data? TikTok? Snapchat? Klaviyo? LTV numbers? No. It doesn’t. Maxx made me realize… why wouldn’t you want to leverage this AI that is TRAINED ON YOUR DATA? He walked me through this AI Agent that would analyze every single data point in my ad account from a creative standpoint and then spit out a ton of iterations based on current winners, new ideas and angles that I could potentially test, the list went on. I don’t know about you but I am leveraging this, my creative team is leveraging this, and if Zuck lets me, I am going to be testing a TON of static ads with different angles, headlines, and concepts that are based on our actual data. You want to scale your ad account? Ship more ads. But don't just throw shit at the wall and see what sticks, ship ads that are backed by your own data. That's how you scale your brand, not debating whether or not to use ABO vs CBO. Not to mention this is just one pre-trained AI Agent that can be leveraged within Triple Whale. I will be exploring more and seeing what’s possible with Moby.
