@redpavement I’m in protracted withdrawal 10 months of it from Effexor. I didn’t even know what anhedonia was somebody posted it and then I looked up the definition and I realized that’s what I had. It’s not sadness or depression. It’s just the absence of joy very strange feeling.

Another common symptom of Post SSRI Syndrome, is that you can't feel "depressed" in the same way. You kind of feel, "drugged" or a bit "high", in a very uncomfortable way, instead.

@busterpokey @browt1971 Initially, it was heart issues, heart attacks, and blood clots, as well as blood disorders and seizure disorders. Now it’s mostly turbo cancer and autoimmune issues.

To the unvaccinated I won’t stay quiet now because we unvaccinated were pressured out of our jobs, isolated, shamed, and made to feel like outcasts for refusing to put a experimental shot in our bodies. Some were unlawfully terminated, some felt they had to quit, and I believe we unvaccinated deserve accountability and compensation too. Our injuries may not have been physical, but the emotional, financial, and psychological damage was real.

The last time I had a problem with my pharmacy that kept me from getting a refill of Effexor on time, the withdrawals sent me into psychosis and led to an attempt. This will quite literally kill people.

@PGtzsche1 Thank you for sharing, I’m telling everyone from the pharmacist to my friends about protracted withdrawal from antidepressants. Seen over 50 doctors and not one of them really knows anything about it. It’s horrific. I wonder how many lives it’s claimed.

Cymbalta is FDA approved (🙄) for Fibromyalgia pain…but… 30–50% of pts only get ~30% pain reduction BUT A placebo isn’t far behind w/ ~20–30% reduction So, it “helps” a minority of pts, does nothing for most pts, & annoys enough pts to quit. Dc’ing can be a nightmare, too.

@MissE_515 @LelenaPeacock I found a neurologist who admitted a fixer can cause tremors, tremulous and neuropathy, and recommend recommended a treatment plan that included gabapentin and Cymbalta🤯🤯 it’s beyond beyond what’s happening in today’s world of “health” care. Very unhealthy care.

Today is his birthday, he would have been 36 years old. He died at 31 years because his employer mandated an experimental shot as a condition of his employment. Why are there so many people who seem to WANT to be on psychiatric drugs like SSRIs for their entire lives? They scoff at merely the thought of finding alternative treatments and root causes to their distress. Despite everything that has happened and all that has been uncovered, people still seem to put blind trust in the pharmaceutical companies. Countless massive lawsuits, endless criminal penalties, bribery, manipulation of data, omission of studies showing harm, endless fraud. The pharmaceutical lobby has completely captured our large agencies such as the FDA and CDC, as well as medical schools, media, and our politicians. Trusting them is to put blind faith in a criminal authority. It is truly no different than entrusting the cartels. Are people really this fucking clueless?

@joaniej0243 @Carby_J They’re prescribing antidepressants for all kinds of things from nerve pain, to menopause, help people sleep I know because those are three reasons my friends are on them. Doctors don’t always tell the patients that they’re prescribing an antidepressant.

@Carby_J Yes, people really are this clueless, even the highest educated ones. I saw a lady post today that she was on Zoloft and stated she didn't even know that was an SSRI. She currently likely lining up for her 10th c0vid booster shot. Most people will never leave their little bubble.

@Carby_J I don’t think most people are on antidepressants because they want them, doctors aren’t prescribing them for everything and you have to actively not listen to your doctor to not be on them- at least for women.

@DaBrokenBaker I wish both myself & my doctors had this information. I never would’ve gone on it had I known & at the very least if I did a slow taper, and I still went into protracted withdrawal at least I would be able to be diagnosed. right now doctors baffled.

I wish people have spoke out against abrupt cessation/rapid taper of Rx #opioids like they are on #SSRI. It caused real, documented physical harm: heart rhythm instability, autonomic crashes, uncontrolled pain flares, and in some cases permanent #disability. #PainCareCrisis
