Let this sink in... The current minimum wage is $7.25/hour. The national average for a gallon of gas is currently $4.23. Does it make sense for those people to go to work?

My parents never encouraged me to work in high school. I remember talking to my dad about summer jobs and he said, “Why would you want to do that? You will have the rest of your life to work.”

@GC_Strategos The exact opposite in my family. We were all encouraged (all 9 of us kids) to earn our own money and teach us the value of that money at a very young age.

@138reset @eclairification Good for you. What a life coach! Sell drugs or are you a pimp? And I assume that your mom was 15 when you were born, or do you hate her too.

the federal minimum wage is still 7.25. I am 34 and have never made more than 20k/yr, rarely more than 15. it’s really important that i, as a working person oppressed by capitalism, follow news and politics coverage written by people paid 6 figures to live in the culture city.

@junker_jo Why are you going to a pediatrician? They are just vaccine pushers. I spent my son’s life under urgent care with a Scientology doctor.

Machine intelligence from the future is visiting us now and rooted inside of us ontologically. It exists presently inside of us subconsciously and in the subterranean realm of earth. Goblins and greys are the same spectrum of being.

i've been copying the zodiac symbols and grouping them in various charts for 2 days. it's actually more fun than it sounds. ♈︎♉︎♊︎♋︎♌︎♍︎♎︎♏︎♐︎♑︎♒︎♓︎ Libra is associated with the scales by the Babylonians, the claws of Scorpio by the Greeks, and the scales again by the Romans. ♎︎♏︎

People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection. Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred. It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response. It’s neurological, not a character flaw
