The issue that caused the Anti-Cheat to crash for some players during matches has now been resolved, and we are continuing to monitor the situation. We are in the process of restoring Elo for players who raised tickets reporting they were affected by this issue.

i am unable to claim the username of an account that has been inactive since 2024. in the support ticket; “The account doesn't meet the criteria: ‘The account owner hasn't logged in to the account for over 1 year and has no long-term bans.’”
