The issue that caused the Anti-Cheat to crash for some players during matches has now been resolved, and we are continuing to monitor the situation. We are in the process of restoring Elo for players who raised tickets reporting they were affected by this issue.

@josephcsgo_ @FACEIT_Darwin Not all accounts on the platform are used solely for playing. Many users also watch matches, operate organizers, or manage teams. The team determined that recent log-in activity indicated the account was still being used in some capacity.

am i understanding this correctly? does this mean that even if the account has not played any matches at all simply logging in is enough to prevent the username from being claimed? isnt that a rather unreasonable rule? @FACEITSupport @FACEIT_Darwin

i am unable to claim the username of an account that has been inactive since 2024. in the support ticket; “The account doesn't meet the criteria: ‘The account owner hasn't logged in to the account for over 1 year and has no long-term bans.’”
