The advantage is that you can scale AI work horizontally with no material marginal cost. That’s a huge constraint on highly parallelized workforces like insurance. The advantage is that companies will adopt this and compete, pushing price floors down substantially. Efficiency is the antidote to greed, corruption, bureaucracy, DEI, etc.

It’s kind of a Catch-22: in order to start an elite AI company, you have to be a level 9000 autist. But that also means you can’t see why that makes you precisely the wrong person to be representing the company in public, and why this messaging will make literally billions of people hate your guts. The really ironic part is that it’s not even true. Once everybody is using AI, there’s no advantage to using it- it just becomes the baseline like spreadsheets or email are.
