@EtihadHelp All I want is to be booked on to the flight I was originally promised when you cancelled my original one! You changed the first leg but not the second. Now I need to chase and wait 30 mins to wait for somebody to answer who then can’t help me

Hi @etihad . Since you cancelled my flight and changed it to another, I have had nothing but problems. Call back promises not happened and a series of errors. Please fix this today

@EtihadHelp Hi Tony, I’ve had contacts from different people claiming to be from Etihad. Just be happy to look into case 8637972 and get my details from there. It is some of the poorest service I’ve received and now my flight doesn’t even appear in my trips or a reason why? Clueless

@OVOEnergy It’s never a complaint handler, it’s different people on what seems to be on a call handler e-mail 3 day circle of getting nowhere. Your CEO email to complain doesn’t work either that you advertise

So @OVOEnergy refuse to address issues, refuse to reply to a letter to the CEO, refuse to respond to questions from our MSP, whilst continuing to threaten. Our MSP has now been given information on the 'customers' driven to thoughts of suicide by @OVOEnergy. @ofgem @ABridgen
