I’m 20 emails deep with the worst customer service ever with @Groupon trying to get a refund that I was promised in August due to a misleading Groupon that I purchased. Their CS team has been wildly incompetent.

@FayeTravel has recently increased their insurance premium costs by a whopping 272%!!!!! For anyone looking to book please beware. Have to find a new company now which is a bummer :(

We are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the area of John Finney Highschool in the 1300 block of Amador Street in #Vallejo this morning. The school initiated a lockdown which has now been lifted. No injuries have been reported.
