@AEthelswin @LincsPolice Well if that’s the case you will always get caught out. I mean only having a couple of years to plan and build in a contingency. These plans should be readily available to pull off a shelf and refreshed. Cancelling AL is incredibly expensive financially and detrimental to morale.

News you won't hear in the press. One of my inspectors, who has recently passed the negotiator course, just spent 11 hours on scene with a male in crisis threatening to throw himself off a roof. He was able to put his training to work & talked the man down. Fantastic work!
