Ordered Xmas gifts on @arsenal Direct website 2 weeks ago and despite being in stock, they’ve not shipped yet. You’d think messaging or calling them would help. Nope. Msg’s get generic AI replies & calling them results in a dead end menu saying to send a message. #TerribleService

@mptickner @TicketmasterUK @Arsenal Always the same from Ticketmaster. I followed up with them about the same issues and in the end there was nothing they could do. I wish there was an alternative to TM, as I would happily never use TM again

@RowbiRocks Btw, I’m glad your issue has been sorted. Others have not been so lucky. The worst part is that some of them never even resold tickets in the past.

Well done @TicketmasterUK - Ive not logged in 4 2wks, after buying tix, & I get email saying my account is restricted due 2 unusual activity. & I need to visit a URL I don’t recognise & submit ID docs or my account gets blocked.Looks like a phish, but isnt.But can’t verify.Poor!

@TicketmasterCS That doesn’t verify the email is genuine. Scammers send similar emails. Your system should also indicate within a persons account that they need to verify, so that individuals can check email is legit #phishingawareness

Got asked to complete ID verification for my @TicketmasterUK account because of activity on account. What? you mean queuing up, having to re-enter queue 10x because tickets disappear, and then eventually buying tickets. How about u use your own site and you’d understand the issue
