@KingForUtah I don’t get the flawed logic that those already enrolled in private schools should not be able to participate in vouchers. This prejudice against parents who are proactive in fighting for their child’s best interest is mind boggling.

Funding from Utah’s super-majority legislature for voucher programs is exploding. Are those funds going to students and their families who need help the most? Not if Utah is anything like Ohio. Watch and learn. #utpol

But the disclosure requirement disappeared in the *final* rule that they adopted: they said disclosure would have a “chilling effect” on the use of ESG. Yet that’s precisely the point.
