@WallStreetApes Are the black guest treated with the same respect as the white guest? Sometimes servers look at white guest as those who can tip better therefore they treat them better. Everybody that orders deserves great service not just those servers think will tip well.-

American server says there is a big difference between how White customers treat them when they make mistakes vs how Black customers treat them - “This is how white people are when you make a mistake in a restaurant, ‘oh, no biggie, no problem.’ And they still tip like $10, $12” - “Black people when you make a mistake. ‘Mm yeah, I need to speak to your manager. I need to speak to your manager. I need you to comp my entire meal, and I'm gonna write a review to corporate and tell them how terrible this establishment is, and we're not tipping.
