🇨🇳PLAN CARRIER UPDATE: Fleet Disposition Checking in on the status of China's aircraft carrier fleet over the last few days. Imagery from Apr 13 showed both CV-18 Fujian and CV-16 Liaoning pierside together (Qingdao). However, a fresh Sentinel-2 pass today (Apr 15) caught the Liaoning outside the harbor and heading to sea. CV-17 Shandong remains out of action for now, still sitting in drydock as of Apr 14. Current State: 🔸1x Underway (Liaoning) 🔸1x Pierside (Fujian) 🔸1x Drydock (Shandong)

🚨🚨🚨 EXCLUSIVE PHOTO 🚨🚨🚨 The sanctioned tanker 🇷🇺 UNIVERSAL (IMO 9384306) was recently spotted at sea and is now transiting westbound toward 🇨🇺 Cuba. Earlier this month, the vessel was observed operating in proximity to Russian naval units, including SOOBRAZITELNIY and AMIRAL GRIGOROVICH, during its transit toward the Atlantic.

China is reaping what it has sown. Even an old friend like Russia was seen beating the captain of a Chinese vessel for intruding into Russian waters. Setting boundaries is important!

ABINSK (IMO: 9303869) вранці 15.04.2026 вийшов з порту Хайфа. Судно вказує статус "в баласті" і прямує до Дарданелл, схоже буде повертатися в Чорне море. На жаль поки нема інформації про судно з Ізраїлю, але можемо зробити попередній висновок, що воно було розвантажено в Хайфі. Судно прийшло в Ізраїль з 43765.18т пшениці з окупованих територій України.

🇷🇺NAVY: Port of Tartus Activity Sentinel-2 imagery from today (Apr 14) reveals Russian surface elements at the naval piers in 🇸🇾Tartus 🔸Spotted what appears to be a Steregushchiy-class corvette pierside. 🔸Nearby is an Altay-class replenishment tanker (likely the Yelnya). Are we seeing the beginnings of a resurgence of the Russian Med Sea Flotilla? Caveats apply given resolution but I'm confident in the IDs

Shadow fleet tankers are increasingly avoiding Sweden and authorities and opting for a relatively safer Germany route, if todays trend is anything to go by. 5 of them just in this thread.

Передала ізраїльським журналістам документи щодо судна ABINSK (IMO: 9303869), яке прийшло в Хайфу з якірної стоянці порту Кавказ з вантажем пшениці 43765.18 т. Для завантаження ABINSK зерно було доставлено з окупованих українських портів. AIS судна вимкнено, на сайті порту інформації про розклад руху нема, що напевно зумовлено безпековими обставинами. Отже зараз навіть важко сказати, де воно знаходиться. Сподіваюсь, що журналісти на місці зможуть дослідити цей кейс, який спричинив великий розголос. Це не перший такий випадок, зокрема в 2023 році ми писали про доставку зерна в Ізраїль з порту Кавказ. Тоді судно не прийняли в ізраїльському порту. В даному рейсі використовується звична схема завантаження в порту Кавказ, коли зерно доставляється маленькими суднами з азовських і кримських портів. В наших дослідженнях ми неодноразово бачили інформацію про завантаження зерна в окупованих портах (Севастополь, Керч, Бердянськ) з подальшим перевантаженням на судна, що йдуть в Ізраїль. Однак докази в цих схемах збирати дуже важко, російські окупанти підробляють документи, приховують порти завантаження, на суднах вимикають АІС, завішують ганчірками назву і навіть зафарбовують її, щоб уникнути візуальної ідентифікації. Тому це лише другий раз як ми повідомляємо про цю проблему. Дякую за підтримку ізраїльським журналістам, сподіваюсь на їх вплив.

A new potential blockade breaker has emerged in the Strait of Hormuz.
