@ShopifySupport @yogi42036 It makes me distrust the businesses using your platform - that their ability to operate as a viable supplier is not properly tested. And the support from you is simply not there. It will take a lot for me to use a @shopify business again.

@ShopifySupport @yogi42036 @shopifysupport this was also my experience, and the independent business just refuses to respond to any of my messages, though it took my money straight away. You may say it’s between me and that business, but I’m afraid it impacts your brand too.

According to the terms and conditions as per the ballot application process and bbc website it does state this would NOT be first come first served. You have breeched your own terms and conditions. You owe a massive explanation as to why we have received emails to state we have won to be met with this absolute shambles.

@NicoleNJames Hi, at the present time strike action is due to take place on Thurs 16 Mar, which will impact the level of services we can run. Advance tickets will not be on sale until timetables are confirmed - but based on previous strikes they will not be available on strike days 1/2
