Christians follow the New Covenant in Christ, the Old is obsolete (Hebrews 8 : 13). They don't do animal sacrifices, stonings, or those ancient wartime rules either. Muslims follow the Quran, which still permits relations with female captives ("those whom your right hands possess" Quran 4 : 24). If "same God" means every later revelation must match the first one perfectly, then all three can't be true at once anyway. But under your own logic, Islam has no "New Covenant", its rules on captives are current and binding. Christians do. The difference isn't "which God", it's which final revelation you accept. Stop pretending the New Testament doesn't exist.
