@michaelmina_lab An indie pharmacist told me this about glp1s and some other brand drugs: Insurance reimbursements don’t cover their costs + the copay. They lose money on each sale so they don’t want to stock them. This also forces more types of people to compounders if they’re the only option.

My view and why I think he is correct here is that the solution is not to force lower income people to use less stringently produced drugs - that’s a very short term approach and terrible philosophy
