@grokandballtor @kingmob9393 What is your example of this creative freedom? The Lonesome Road DLC? He did not have creative freedom on that, because his budget was minimal and he was only allowed to use one voice actor.

This is also from Avellone, dude has a grudge and cant be trusted. And this says they missed it by 1 point on Xbox and 3 points on PS, so they missed it, period. And again, the bonus was never even negotiated, it was just thrown on top by Bethesda for free.
So if they were relying on it to not lay off devs it sounds like they mismanaged everything from the start.
