@ElgarC @O2 Mine has now been dispatched but DPD seems to have lost it, contacted O2 today who don't want to know and have told me to contact DPD on their behalf. It's a joke, I've been with O2 for 15 plus years, I'm seriously thinking of cancelling and moving elsewhere.

@diddlesbo @O2 Same here - regretting not doing the click and collect option in store now! I don’t know how a company as large as o2 can have such prolonged delays for whatever their issue is?

@O2 sorry O2, I've been waiting for 10 days for my phone to be delivered, it was advertised as next day delivery but I'm still waiting and still getting these messages everyday!!! If I knew it would take this long I wouldn't have bothered upgrading!!

@O2 great, not only have I had to wait 3 weeks for my phone, it no looking like DPD has lost it, as it's been traveling to its Peterborough depo for 48 hours!

You've took my money for the phone but I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered new watch from @O2 promised next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Told next day, didn’t happen again. Now told another 3 weeks. Customer service has been awful. Can’t cancel or change just stuck. Please avoid like the plague. They’re still advertising next day delivery!

@O2 I know, that what I keep being told EVERY day!! I chose that phone because it said "order by 12am for next day delivery!" That's a joke!!!

@YodelOnline your driver keeps leaving parcels at the end of the driveway, instead of bringing the parcel to our door which is less than 20 meters away, today it was left in the rain at the end of the driveway and the parcel doesn't even belong to us!!!

@AsdaServiceTeam ordered this for my mum, but it arrived damaged, no option on the website for a replacement only a refund meaning I have to reorder another, and pay for postage again and travel to my nearest store to send it back! All for a £4 present 😥
