@Esso_GB Hello. My Esso app is unusable. I’ve even deleted it and started again. Still getting error messages. My local petrol station, Lothianburn, Edinburgh says there may currently be an issue. Any solution?

@Jaguar All very frustrating that your phone lines are closed with a direction to use the live chat facility…but that doesn’t work & just shows an error message. Where is everyone & how are we supposed to speak to someone in your Customer Services team please?

@zagazoo87 Whilst I appreciate the frustration, we've advertised for 3 weeks that between 4th - 9th April, services will be impacted by the Industrial Action imposed by ASLEF Union
I know there are issues outside of this timeframe, but we offered this advance warning to help people plan

@SouthernRailUK @berbruton @secondgengamer Delay repay is not the solution. As a train company your job is to provide a service which you are clearly not able to deliver on. You should be ashamed to provide this to your "customers".
Oh right, you don't care and don't even know what customer service means.
