@rukky_nate No, that's BS. I've been training for 8 years and you should never be at the gym for more than an hour a day and 5 hours a week. Lately, as I get better at it, it's closer to 30 minutes a day and 2.5 hours a week. 5 days a week. I'm one of the biggest and strongest in the gym.

ideally, your gym routine should look like this: Monday – 2hrs (back & bicep) Tuesday – 2hrs (shoulder & triceps) Wednesday – 2hrs (full body) Thursday – rest Friday – 2hrs (leg day) Saturday – 2hrs (abs & chest) Sunday – rest day. do this consistently for one year and you will get your best body shape.

Let’s go over why this machine is LIGHT YEARS better than Flat Barbell Bench Press: The Flat Converging Machine Press… – reduces internal stability demands (less co-contraction = more output from the Pecs/Triceps) – lowers the coordination demands so your CNS can disburse a higher percent of the motor command to the PRIME MOVERS (again, the Pecs & Triceps) – enables you to train to failure with less risk And guess what else? A well-built Flat Machine Press better accommodates the biomechanics of the Pecs/Shoulders and trains the Chest though its FULL FUNCTION (horizontal adduction) It really is a NO-BRAINER decision on which exercise you should be performing assuming you’ve got access to this piece of equipment and you’re not planning on competing in Powerlifting anytime soon

Every time I see someone doing Standing Tricep Push-Downs I think to myself: “Bro…you could make that exercise 300% more effective just by pulling a bench over, turning around, & sitting down” So little effort for such a BIG boost! It’s INSANE more people aren’t doing it…
