@sassi_simmonds @amazon Did the same to me a few months back. Knew that my item was lost and didn't bother to tell me. When I asked for a refund they told me it would take 5 days, there quick enough taking the money tho 😡😡😡@AmazonUK

@sassi_simmonds @amazon Im having the same issue but with paypal and an ebay seller. £180 refund processed 12 days ago still not received. They tell me to raise it with visa if ive still not had it within 30 days!!! Took them 3 seconds to take the payment!! Not too quick to return!
