電話でカスタマーに問い合わせさせていただき、状況を確認していただきましたところ、結局は在庫が無いため出荷できてない状況との事でした。
過去にも同様の事が有りましたが、Amazonさん程の大企業が在庫管理すらまともに出来ないのでしょうか?
過去にあった事ですと、お届け予定が3回リスケされ結局2ヶ月経過した後に、入荷の目処がないって問い合わせたら言われたのでキャンセルしましたが、また同じ流れでしょうか?
カスタマーの電話担当者の方に、同様の在庫管理関連での問い合わせって他にも多いか聞いたら、かなり同様の件で問い合わせあると仰ってましたが、改善しようというお気持ちすらない感じでしょうか?w
Amazonさんぐらいの大企業になると、どうせ問題放置してても客は利用するしいいか〜って感じですか?
流石世界に誇るAmazonさんいいご身分ですね☺️
配達業者の質もAmazon自体の質も昔に比べてかなり落ちましたよねw
SNS見ててもAmazonへの不満の投稿山ほど見つかりますし、だからこうやって対応してるフリしてるだけのアカウントわざわざ作ってるんでしょうけど。
私もこんなカスハラみたな事言いたくないですし、基本サービスを提供してくださってる方々には感謝と尊敬の気持ちを持って接してますが、あまりにAmazonさん問題が多過ぎます。愛想が尽きます
消費者舐めんのも大概にせぇよ?って感じです正直😊
そんな不義理続けてるから、業績の伸び失速気味になるんですよ

Hola. El 27 de junio cancelé el pedido 701-1716309-4200245 porque nunca llegó. El sistema me pide esperar a que el paquete regrese a bodega, pero fue robado en el camino. Ya pasaron 15 días y la app no me deja contactar a soporte. Exijo mi reembolso. Gracias.@AmazonHelp

@amazon Lately I’ve seen people throwing my items from 10 feet away into my front porch and still 8 ft away from my door in open sunlight with Vitamins inside.
How disrespectful to your customers this person should be fired.
I tried to contact the service center, but of course, you can’t get through.

@AmazonHelp I reject the refund as the only solution. Amazon failed to deliver my order on time and then delivered a damaged product. Why should I bear the financial loss for Amazon’s mistake? I expect Amazon to honor the original purchase price and provide the same product at that price.

I swear @AmazonUK are trying to piss me off 🙄 First my Prime next day delivery which'd been showing as due all day Friday gets changed at 6.30pm to by Royal Mail on Monday even though they still delivered 1 item to me. Then another delivery today, the box was opened 🤦♀️

@amazonIN & @AmazonHelp I received my parcel on 7 July and the order is marked as delivery attempted.its been 4 days and no agent of amazon is able to mark it as delivered even after the order sticker being shared. I need to raise a replacement request as it is damaged. Help!!
