Has to be Tramadol ⚠️ Wild metabolism — some patients get no relief, others get overdose-level effects. ⚡ Seizure risk — lowers the threshold even at normal doses. 🔥 Serotonin syndrome — especially dangerous with SSRIs/SNRIs. 😣 Worse withdrawals — far worse than its “weak opioid” label suggests. 🚫 Unreliable analgesia — lots of risk, very little consistent benefit.

I’m fine with messy lanes. I’m fine with the constant honking. It’s part of majority of people driving habits. But people who blast their high beams? That’s a different level of stupid. It’s annoying, distracting, and unsafe. If you know someone who drives with high beams on, tell them to stop. They aren’t lighting the road. They’re blinding the car in front.
