Well, it’s 3:30am but World Cup 2027 tickets have been secured. What a process that was. BUZZING.

How embarrassing - imagine a sport that is going backwards on the world stage making their biggest fans wait for over 4.5 hours to just see if any tickets are even available... New fans would have switched off hours ago and given their money to a sport that values them.

@rugbyworldcup 4 hours in the queue and nearly no progress. If Taylor Swift can manage her ticket sales (that were in MUCH higher demand than RWC) then how is it your system is rubbish? Budget? Contempt for customers? Imagine if you were a new fan to rugby and this was yoru experience?

@ServiceNow just took a swing at @SAP with launch of their Core Business Suite. Been competing on the fringes for some time. Leaders should consider ServiceNow as a competitor to SAP, @Oracle, @salesforce etc. The approach is different but drive the same (or better) outcomes
