@Uber_Support we left an iPhone in an Uber vehicle in Paris, France. We can track the phone @AppleSupport but yet the Uber app seems unable to connect us to the driver! Is this a common pitfall with Uber when it comes to retrieving items? Any advice greatly appreciated.

@UberFR_support Olivier - thank you. As I said @X is blocking me from sending you a DM until I do their Arkose test which spins indefinitely when I try to do the test. Is there any way I can DM you on the Uber App?

@UberFR_support I will but please note that I got an unhelpful, automated response from the Uber App and I hope we don’t continue in the same vein. @dkhos I hope we do better when I contact via DM. We are not long in France. The lost item needs be restored soon.
