@tammforce Wait… WHAT?!? I just got done updating a validation rule that uses a really long Case statement to do this same thing and I could have done the same thing with one line? Guess what rule is getting updated again? 😁

For #SFDC formula users with multi select picklists: PICKLISTCOUNT() returns the number of selected items in an MSP field. It’s available now (Summer ‘22). It isn’t in the help docs or release notes yet, but feel free to tell your friends.
