🇨🇦THE CANADIAN ROLLER COASTER 🇨🇦 From 2006 to 2015, my business was growing so fast that I had a hard time controlling it. Then... 2015, Justin Trudeau and Rachel Notley enter the scene. Calgary nose-dives. I can remember being downtown and it felt so empty. The only thing missing was rolling tumbleweeds. Calgary stabilizes in spite of it all, but at a lower level. The anticipated boom is now in the rear-view mirror. Still in 2015, the entire Western world pivots towards globalist policies. Most don't recognize the pattern. 2017, Bill C-69, Bill C-48. 2018, Rachel Notley raises the minimum wage. It hits small businesses hard. 2019, along comes Jason Kenney, and as much as people despise him today, he was a breath of fresh air, as we watched him punt Rachel Notley. Alberta exhales... Still in 2019, Canadian Conservatives perhaps make their biggest mistake and do not recognize how important it is to put out the liberal brush fire before it takes over the entire forest. Andrew Scheer was weak and smiled too much. Trudeau gets another term...Yet another in 2021 with his divisive COVID fear campaign. Liberal voters have still not caught on and side with Trudeau because they are better than everybody else. NDP and LPC are now joined at the hip, creating a majority. It's as if gremlins now occupy Parliament. Canada develops a permanent limp. 2022, the convoy hits Ottawa...beaten, down Canadians, get a sudden jolt of national pride. We become the coolest nation on earth as we demonstrate a uniquely Canadian peaceful protest, sometimes heartwarming, and sometimes hilarious. Protests break out across the planet following Canada's lead. We are the cool kids on the block. Embarrassed, Trudeau invokes the Emergencies Act, crushes dissent through police force and foreign mercenaries who beat our own citizens in the streets. Bank accounts frozen. (Mark Carney plays a role from the shadows) Western Canadians are shocked and wonder if this is the end of Canada as they know it, but still hold onto hope. Surely this spells the end of Justin Trudeau. The world still watches, waiting for Canada's breakout, and another example to be set for the West. First the protests, and then the unceremonious ousting of this tyrant...this blood-sucking tick...this infection...and the social contagion that wafts around him like a putrefied, suffocating stench. It happens...Canada finally wakes up, and is about to become a trailblazer once again, led by an incoming Conservative super-majority. It doesn't last. 2025, Trump can't keep his mouth shut. He becomes the boogeyman that the LPC needs. They launch yet another fear campaign and the rats run back to the Liberal ship. Elbows Up, everyone... Eastern Canada heeds no warnings, and elects the Liberal Party for a fourth time, to the utter astonishment of the Prairie provinces. But it's a new Prime Minister, they say. Mark Carney walks right out of the pages of "Values," the book no liberal has read. It's the final straw for many in the West. Alberta sees no solutions, loses hope and launches a separation campaign. Saskatchewan hops on board with British Columbia in tow as they feel unelected UN/globalist talons dig deep, and realize that Canadian democracy is a farce. Ignorant, arrogant, and divisive Eastern Liberals in league with detached former Canadian celebrities, and government funded mainstream media applaud Carney, his lies, and their fellow citizens' demise, as the last car rolls around the last corner, where the tracks have fallen away, and plunges into the clown show taking place on the ground below. This is the rollercoaster ride that Canada is on... and it doesn't end well. The show is over. Time for Alberta to find some better entertainment. #AlbertaIndependence 🤠 with a conservative super-majority on the way. It's amazing how fast Canada went down the drain. in 2022 with the trucker rally. We were probably the coolest nation on earth, all eyes on us and we inspired the world to protest. And all we had to do to continue that was just get rid of Justin Trudeau, which we were on the path to do. If we had pulled that off and shed our skin, we would be the coolest country on the planet right now. But look what happened. Look at us today. It's an embarrassment.

In one story CBC has two links - the first to a story saying most Albertans would support not funding private schools. The second link shows that a planned referendum on that question failed to get enough signatures. No comment from CBC. cbc.ca/news/canada/ed…

Too bad the gentleman blocked me before giving me a chance to reply, but here is the document, though it does require a bit of math to get the numbers open.alberta.ca/dataset/8f3b49…

@jilliandemo @M2BYRON @MarkCherrington When you take the average, it LOOKS like Alberta pays the least per student, but that's b/c you are incorporating home Ed. which brings down the average. Public/Catholic students are funded similarly to other provinces in Canada! It comes down to how you calculate it.

Private schools in Alberta receive about 70% of the per-student funding public schools receive. Parents pay the rest through tuition. If those students were in the public system taxpayers would pay 100%. That means private school students actually cost taxpayers less, not more. Idiot.

You misunderstand how private schools are funded - the money follows the student. And the government pays less per private school students than public. Thus sending children to private school in Alberta does not deprive public schools of funding. They get the same amount per student no matter what

Post 1. The 68% Mirage: How Canadian Polls Are Being Engineered as Propaganda,And Why Mark Carney’s Sky-High Ratings Should Worry Every Citizen 30th March 2026 In the annals of political theatre, few numbers dazzle quite like a sky-high approval rating. North Korea’s Kim Jong-un routinely clocks in above 99 per cent. Russia’s Vladimir Putin hovers in the 80s. Even in democracies under stress, leaders can be buoyed into the stratosphere when the public is told the sky is falling elsewhere. So when a poll this month pegged Prime Minister Mark Carney’s government approval at 68 per cent, a figure that would make many authoritarian strongmen blush, Canadians might be forgiven for asking: is this genuine sentiment, or something more manufactured? The latest Spark Insights survey, conducted online between March 22 and 26 among roughly 4,000 respondents, delivers the headline: 68 per cent approve of how the Carney government is “handling its responsibilities,” with Liberals leading Conservatives 46 to 30 per cent nationally. The numbers are even more striking in unexpected places, 58 per cent approval in Alberta and Saskatchewan, heartland of oil and gas and historically allergic to red-team governments. Other trackers (Angus Reid, Liaison Strategies) place Carney in the high 50s to mid-60s, creating a chorus of acclaim that mainstream coverage has been quick to amplify. A year into his premiership, after the snap election framed around Trump-era tariff threats and sovereignty jitters, the former Bank of Canada and Bank of England governor is being sold as the indispensable steady hand. But peel back the polling veneer and a more sobering Canadian reality emerges, one that prioritises hard, per-capita outcomes over polished international posturing. This is not conspiracy; it is the mechanics of modern polling exposed against the unforgiving ledger of Statistics Canada, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and independent fiscal watchdogs. And at the centre of the latest example sits Spark Insights and its founder, Bruce Anderson, a pollster who has openly declared himself an active, public supporter of Mark Carney’s leadership bid and the subsequent Liberal government. The Architect and the Apparatus Anderson is no anonymous technician. A veteran of Decima Research and former chairman of Abacus Data, he now leads Spark Advocacy, a firm that blends polling with public-affairs and message-testing work. His own disclosures and columns leave no ambiguity: he backed Carney during the 2025 Liberal leadership race, provided informal help, and has repeatedly framed the Prime Minister in glowing terms, intelligent, visionary, likeable, a man of integrity. Spark’s website and Anderson’s Substack proudly note this history. In Canadian polling, where “house effects” are an occupational hazard, such transparency is rare, and revealing.

I can’t even anymore… How many embarrassing Canadian moments have gone viral this week alone? An NDP convention consumed by ideological posturing, where purity tests matter more than practical solutions for Canadians. An awards show, the Junos, that felt less like a celebration of music and more like a publicly funded service announcement, pushing messaging instead of showcasing artists. And now, in the middle of a fatal aviation tragedy, the national conversation shifts from pilot deaths to language politics. At some point, you have to ask: What are we actually prioritizing? Because this is not a distraction anymore. It’s a pattern. We are choosing optics over reality. Narratives over facts. Performative debates over serious issues that actually affect people’s lives. And if we can’t even focus on loss of life without turning it into a political talking point, then something is deeply off. Not just with our institutions, but with us. Because if we can’t tell what matters anymore, we shouldn’t be surprised when nothing does.

Daniel Greenfield - "Hang Together or Separately"
The truth about Israel's 'Death Penalty for Terrorists Bill' The bill was sponsored by MK Limor Son Har-Melech who was 7 months pregnant when she was attacked by Islamic terrorists. The car rolled over killing her husband, Shalom, an ambulance driver, Seriously injured, the 24-year-old mother survived. So did her newborn daughter. Limor, still carrying the scars of the attack on her face, married again, had children and ran for office. The terrorist who killed her husband was freed in the Hamas deal No one is talking about this. Instead the media and leftist accounts are running with clips of Ben Gvir clowning for the cameras rather than telling the courageous story of the woman behind the bill.

The "Math is Mathing" 🧵 The Angle: Highlighting the specific 1000% increase in fees and the irony of the $8.8B "rescue." Welcome to the Ontario Taxation Merry-Go-Round. 🎡 For 25 years, municipalities treated Development Charges (DCs) like an infinite ATM. In the GTA alone, these fees have skyrocketed by as much as 1,000% in the last 15 years.  In Toronto, the cost to just start building a single-family home hit nearly $181,000 in 2024. That’s not the wood, the brick, or the labor—that’s just the government’s cover charge. The result? Housing starts cratered because the "math didn't work." So what’s the fix? A "historic" $8.8 billion bailout from the Feds and Province. The breakdown: 🔹 $4.4B from your Federal taxes. 🔹 $4.4B from your Provincial taxes. 🔹 The Deal: Cities get this cash ONLY if they cut their DCs by 50%.  We are literally taking money out of your left pocket (Income Tax) to pay back the money they took from your right pocket (Development Fees) to fix the mess created by the middle pocket (Municipalities). 🤡 Total government fees now make up 30% of the cost of a new home. We’re not building housing; we’re building a tax collection system with some drywall attached. @ronmortgageguy @StephenPunwasi @danielfoch @BenRabidoux #onpoli #HousingCrisis #Toronto #DougFord #Taxation

#BREAKING Self-identifying as “Blue Sheet Man,” the individual wearing a makeshift niqab layered with a Pride veil plans to sit quietly at Bathurst and Sheppard every weekend. “He just wants a patch of pavement and hopes to be protected by police,” explained his anonymous representative. Last week, Blue Sheet Man was detained for about an hour while police consulted about his one-man demonstration. A complaint has been filed with the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency regarding what he describes as an arbitrary restriction on his movement and unlawful carding. The anonymous representative said that Blue Sheet Man welcomes others to join him next Sunday with their own blue sheets and Pride flags. 📸 Mar 29, 2026 #Toronto #ProtestMania Support independent coverage of Canada’s protest circuit and hate industry: ProtestMania.com

REMINDER Most of the gasoline and jet fuel in Ontario (and Quebec) is dependent on a pipeline in the USA. A variety of American politicians are already trying to close it due to age and environmental concerns.
