Ridiculous news, @Amazon Help. Amazon is now saying to us for a refund will take 60 days for a defective item. According to Amazon's terms and conditions they refuse to send us proof. They are very rude even a manager cut the phone in your face. Please join this group.

Also if you have returned an item being defective when returned you will have to wait up to 45 days for a refund. How can this be a service that we are paying £8.99 every month? With Amazon date to date, they go to your bank and take their subscription money
