Trying to rebuild after a ridiculous banishment. Musk hasn’t really improved anything. The D stands for Dfence.

Awww, first post of a rebirth… I will share a tale of woe from a FRIEND about how they got BANNED from the platform we are on now for a single tweet. Not suspended, not twitter jail, suspended because someone reported a ridiculous tweet as encouraging violence.

Today, I received a notification of another death in ICE custody. That’s 47 deaths during Trump’s second term. We must stand up and demand real accountability — ICE has a duty to provide care to those in their custody.

@thereandjack @alphaman_111 @charlesmurray I would think constantly achieving failure despite your best efforts, due to government leadership would be enough to make this a teacher’s best possible attitude after just a few years in a public classroom.

I don’t disagree the educational system could be radically improved. But all one teacher can do is work within the system they have. What I’m talking about is more of a mindset - doesn’t necessarily have to be tied to failure (though it would probably help). And honestly I do see where the teacher is coming from. But with no other context this strikes me as a suboptimal strategy - I would think more suited to the current system’s “least common denominator”

On day 1 of my high school history class, our professor got up and said You are 15 or 16 years old. 200 years ago people your age were married, planted crops, had children, and built a cabin by winter. You can do your homework. The bar set for you historically is embarrassingly low. You are not dealing with regional famine or plague. You do not have to save your family from marauders or go into battle to destroy your enemies. You have to sit down and learn from someone who cares about you in a safe, air-conditioned room. You have no excuses.

I live in Florida too and im sure you're aware of the stand your ground laws here. You cant use deadly force or even threaten deadly force unless or until they breach your house. If they're on your property have cameras track and photograph them and file police trespassing complaints. Going out of your house with a gun will get you in more trouble than them. I think you know this, but I just wanted to be real

@thereandjack @alphaman_111 @charlesmurray What public schools do you think would even allow this? Failing students for them not turning in assignments isn’t going to be allowed and is probably going to be labeled as an ism of some sort. The speech by the teacher was fine, the educational system is the problem.

Just asking for a friend, but does it really matter to most people with nothing to hide, nothing that someone else who doesn’t know you sees, is it that bigger deal? What is it that I need to be so worried about? Should I cancel my air miles account, M&S card, HSBC credit card, my loyalty card at my local bar? Not sure this is applicable to us ordinary folk, or is it?

🚨 WhatsApp’s “end-to-end encrypted” privacy is a total lie. New class-action lawsuit just dropped: Meta secretly let employees, contractors like Accenture, and third parties read, intercept, and store your private messages WITHOUT consent. All while marketing it as “only you and the recipient can read it.” Zuck lied to billions. Your chats were never safe.

Over the last 100 years, several countries launched attacks on others that had not attacked, threatened, or harbored enemies against them (unprovoked by those standards): - Nazi Germany invaded Poland (1939); Poland posed no prior threat. - Soviet Union invaded Finland (1939 Winter War); Finland was neutral. - Japan attacked the US at Pearl Harbor (1941); US was not at war with Japan. - Iraq invaded Kuwait (1990); Kuwait had no aggression toward Iraq. - Russia invaded Ukraine (2022); Ukraine had not attacked Russia. Countries facing threats but not attacking in response include: - US during Cold War (Soviet nuclear threats, Cuban Missile Crisis) – chose containment over invasion. - South Korea (ongoing North Korean threats since 1953) – deterrence, no preemptive strike. - Taiwan (Chinese threats since 1949) – maintains status quo without attacking mainland. International law (UN Charter Art. 51) generally requires an armed attack for self-defense; preemption remains debated and rare.

When I was 13, I hoped that one day I would have a girlfriend with big tits... When I was 16, I got a girlfriend with big tits, but there was no passion, so I decided I needed a passionate girl with zest for life. In college I dated a passionate girl, but she was too emotional. Everything was an emergency; she was a drama queen, cried all the time and threatened suicide. So I decided I needed a girl with stability. When I was 25, I found a very stable girl but she was boring. She was totally predictable and never got excited about anything. Life became so dull that I decided I needed a girl with some excitement. When I was 28, I found an exciting girl, but I couldn't keep up with her. She rushed from one thing to another, never settling on anything. She did mad impetuous things and made me miserable as often as happy. She was great fun initially and very energetic, but directionless. So I decided to find a girl with some real ambition. When I turned 30, I found a smart ambitious girl with her feet planted firmly on the ground, so I married her. She was so ambitious that she divorced me and took everything I owned. I am older and wiser now, and I am looking for a girl with big tits.

@shadihamid @washingtonpost The “Great Melting Pot” that built this country has slowly been turned into a “Cafeteria Tray”. Tribal thinking and non-assimilation is the downfall of a community. You've created a strawman and false equivalency rolled into one. What really needs to stop is the endless culture war you're waging. It's very effective at distracting conservatives in particular from the fact that their pockets are being picked by the very people pushing this maximalist language—people they continue to elect for some God forsaken reason. What you're talking about is so exceedingly rare it's practically non existent. But you pretend like it's an epidemic. Even all major medical associations have guidelines you can look up yourself that caution against surgery for minors. Most pediatric clinics won't even perform these kinds of surgeries. Gender affirming care for minors mostly involves SOCIAL transitioning and therapies that are reversible. Your extreme rhetoric does not align with the reality of standard medical practice.

The left has officially abandoned reality 🤡 If a father took his child to a doctor to surgically remove an eye so the child could “identify” with him, he would be arrested for even considering it. Yet, when it comes to permanent, life-altering "gender-affirming" surgeries and hormones for minors, the left calls it “healthcare,” which is not proven to benefit them in any way It’s time to stop the madness. We are talking about the permanent disfigurement of children who don't really understand what's happening to them, based on zero conclusive long-term evidence. Instead, some deranged adults convince them through indoctrination. We need to press pause, protect kids, and return to common sense before more lives are irreversibly damaged Enough is enough

Virginia just banned gun possession under 21 unless supervised by an "adult." Virginia defines adult as 18. So you can't have a gun if you're 20. Unless you're with an 18-year-old. Then it's fine! Democrats are stupid!

EWTN News@EWTNews

The Latin parish priest of the last entirely Christian village in the West Bank appealed for the solidarity of Christians worldwide in the face of new attacks by “fanatical Israeli settlers” seeking to displace the local population. Father Bashar Fawadleh issued an appeal on Saturday, March 21, telling ACI Prensa, the Spanish-language sister service of EWTN News, that the lands seized this week by Israeli settlers “belonged to the people of Taybeh and were, moreover, our private property.” These incursions, he continued, in addition to constituting “a violation of international law and of the rights of the local community,” represent an affront that, for the village’s inhabitants, goes far beyond a mere legal or political matter. “This story is about the life of a Christian community that has been present in this land for more than 2,000 years,” Fawadleh said. Taybeh is the modern name of the biblical village of Ephraim, where Jesus went to rest shortly before his passion (cf. John 11:54). In addition to being the only entirely Christian village in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza, it is also renowned for its beer. In recent days, Israeli settlers have seized areas near the village’s quarry and cement factory. These encroachments have been ongoing for some time. In July 2025, settlers set fire in the area near the ruins of St. George Church, built in the historic Byzantine style and dating back to the fifth century, where the local community typically holds religious celebrations. Several vehicles were also set ablaze, and the attackers “painted hateful graffiti,” according to sources in Taybeh. Christian leaders have demanded immediate action from Israeli authorities and called upon the international community to halt the escalating violence. When asked what message he would like to send to Pope Leo XIV and to all Christians around the world, he said: “We ask not only for compassion, but for solidarity.” Fawadleh, whose mother was born in Venezuela but returned to the West Bank at the age of 16, told ACI Prensa: “As a church, our mission is to help people remain in their land, to live with dignity, and to keep the Christian presence alive in the Holy Land. Our presence here is a living testament to the roots of Christianity — where it all began.” According to the parish priest, “when the land is threatened, people become fearful.” The local community simply wants “to live in peace, with dignity, and on our own land,” he said, noting that the farmers of Taybeh are even afraid to go out to their fields. “This is a matter that concerns the entire Church. We ask for your prayers, and for your visits to the Holy Land and to the ‘living stones’ in Taybeh and throughout the Holy Land,” he said. “And your support, so that Christians may remain here through education, housing, and employment opportunities. For the Christian presence in the Holy Land is not merely a local matter,” he pointed out. “For the truth is one; it is not a matter of distorting it. Thank you; we will remain in contact and united in prayer,” the priest said. ewtnnews.com/world/middle-e…
