@UPS I’ve had an item sent from Las Vegas to the UK. It is my sons rucksack that we lost on the bus whilst there last week. I’ve now been asked to fill in a commercial invoice. Help! It’s my son cuddly toys and I’m really concerned now and not sure what to do?

@HeathrowAirport do you like to disadvantage families with children under 10? Security always a nightmare - just two desks. Over flow from guests walking straight throw from e gates given priority / single lady with a temp pass let to go under :( stick with regional, t5 sucks.

@Avis seriously not impressed… nearly an hour waiting for a preferred pick up at LAX (and still no car). Queue just not moving. Only two desks open now (was just one for a while) 13 hour flight and two tired children

@sainsburys my husband ordered some champagne from Sainsburys on Sunday. More expensive bottles than we ordered were delivered as substitutes but we have not received the difference back as a credit. Your telephone help centre were horrific giving false info. Can someone help!

@OctopusEnergy we still have an on going complaint (for over a year) and desperately need Ben to resolve this at Octopus. It’s easy to resolve but just not getting anywhere. Can he make contact. I have messaged previously but will do again.
