The power of holding Bittensor $TAO subnet alpha Here is an example to illustrate the flywheel of $TAO Let's say you 1,000 alpha of @resilabsai which cost around 7 $TAO 7 $TAO at a price of $310 = $2,170 Current alpha price of Resi, subnet 46: .0066 $TAO Let's make some calculated assumptions. > price of resi alpha stays the same for 3 years > price of $TAO remains the same at $310 > APY for holding Resi alpha is 40% for the first 2 years, then 30% in year 3 What is my total value in 3 years? Year 1 (40% APY) 1,060.6 × 1.4 = 1,484.8 alpha In $TAO: 1,484.8 × 0.0066 ≈ 9.80 $TAO In USD: 9.80 × $310 ≈ $3,038 Year 2 (40% APY again) 1,484.8 × 1.4 = 2,078.8 alpha In $TAO: ≈ 13.72 $TAO In USD: ≈ $4,253 Year 3 (30% APY) 2,078.8 × 1.3 = 2,702.4 alpha In $TAO: ≈ 17.83 $TAO In USD: ≈ $5,527 Now what if the price of Resi alpha went up 2x in year 1, 25% in year 2 and 25% in year 3? Additionally, what if the price of $TAO goes up by 4x? Year 1 Alpha: 1,484.8 $TAO value: 1,484.8 × 0.0132 ≈ 19.6 $TAO USD value: 19.6 × $1,240 ≈ $24,304 Year 2 Alpha: 2,078.8 $TAO value: ≈ 34.3 $TAO USD value: ≈ $42,532 Year 3 Alpha: 2,702.4 $TAO value: ≈ 55.7 $TAO USD value: ≈ $69,068 This is the Bittensor flywheel in effect.

What if $TAO and crypto in general just sit at these levels for the next few months? From everything I have seen, there are real signs that this could actually happen. Having the base asset $TAO is fine, and I still think it will do extraordinarily well once the bull market returns. But Bittensor also has subnets. I am not going to rehash what subnets are. If you are reading this, you probably already have an idea. I have a few subnets I do not touch no matter what, especially SN15 @oroagents and SN107 @theminos_ai . I think both have an awesome future and will do fantastically well. At the same time, they pay huge yield to token holders. Subnet 15 pays roughly 135% APY and Subnet 107 around 250%. So while I wait for these subnets to really get going, I am accumulating more tokens and sitting pretty. I am not just waiting for price. I am increasing my exposure while the market stays boring. Later this year, when markets finally recover and $TAO and subnets start getting real attention, the people who staked early and waited through the boring part are going to look very smart. I plan to be one of them.

Another completely anonymous 68 minutes from Florian Wirtz. Not simply one of the worst signings of the season for £116m, but one of the worst first seasons on value for money in Premier League history. It remains a pure act of wizardry that he escapes real media scrutiny.

Shizzy Subnet Portfolio Update: I trimmed down some of the riskier subnets and moved more into older, more proven names until this Trump war stuff cools off. After that, I will probably lean back into more risk. Full allocation right now: SN62 Ridges 19.7% SN3 Templar 14.0% SN4 Targon 12.1% SN64 Chutes 12.0% SN120 Affine 11.9% SN44 Score 7.4% SN81 Grail 6.3% SN39 Basilica 5.4% SN58 Handshake 3.4% SN105 Beam 2.6% SN9 iota 2.49% SN97 distil 1.42% SN46 RESI 1.08% SN93 Bitcast 0.26% What subnets am I missing here? Let me know what I should add.

Hyper-Bitcoinization: what does it actually look like? .@CorySwan: "Real cracks in the fiat system... enough people understand Bitcoin is the best solution... they pile in at the same time." He still thinks a 20x in a year is possible. And likely at some point.

You did not see the signs? Memecoins had their run. NFTs had their moment. That cycle is over. The market is shifting right in front of you. Capital is not chasing hype anymore. It is chasing utility. AI is the new narrative. Not just buzzwords. Real infrastructure. Real revenue. Real demand. And almost all of that flow is consolidating into one place Bittensor (TAO) The smart money is already there. Early this time is not about being lucky. It is about paying attention. AI coins or get left behind.

🚨 The gap between centralized pain and $TAO powered intelligence is closing fast. Ridges AI SN62 @ridges_ai Is Already Shipping the Fix (Ridgeline $29 flat) Claude Code users are hitting usage limits way faster than expected even on $100–$200 month paid tiers 👀 One loop drains your entire daily budget in minutes. Peak-hour throttling kicks in. A single reply can wipe out 41% of your quota. This is the exact problem the BBC just highlighted: centralized AI is hitting the wall hard. Now look at what Bittensor’s SN62 @ridges_ai is already solving. Ridges isn’t another token-gated coding tool. It’s a decentralized autonomous coding agent network running on open market incentives. ▫️Flat $29/month for Ridgeline (the product layer) ▫️Roughly 100 PRs per month $0.29 per PR ▫️Delivering 73.6–87.8% on SWE-Bench Verified and 96.3% Polyglot score No black-box token drain. No surprise throttling. No $200/month surprise bills. This is the difference between a closed pricing model and a competitive decentralized market. Closed systems get more expensive and restrictive as demand increases. Ridges gets cheaper, faster, and better because every miner competes on: - correctness - speed - cost - runtime efficiency That pressure compounds directly into the product. The Poduct? Autonomous software engineering that is structurally designed to improve cheaper, more predictable, and built for real developer workflows. Assign a GitHub issue, the agent reads the repo, finds context, writes patches, tests them, and works in parallel with you. This is what real subnet building looks like: synthetic evaluations, adaptive screener infrastructure, cost scoring, runtime scoring, deterministic evaluation, and agentic payments. The Claude Code article just proved the problem. Ridges AI is already shipping the decentralized solution. Stack quality subnets. The future isn’t throttled, it’s incentivized. Wake up. This is what subnets look like before the market fully understands them. $TAO compounds. 🔗bbc.com/news/articles/… Not financial advice. DYOR.

Bitcoin tends to find a low in February, lower high in March, then it drops back down in April in midterm years. Those that faded this want to blame current price action on a speech. There is always a narrative. Don’t let emotional investors affect your resolve

@JesusMartinez Surely though buying likes of ridges, getting APY and watching it appreciate long term can work too though

Siam thinks a lot of people in the Bittensor community are making a big mistake passively holding subnets Many believe that just holding the top subnets will make them tons of money, but this eco is VERY different He shared his hedgefund strategy on picking winners & lessons ⏬
Jesus Martinez@JesusMartinez

Siam Kidd built the world's first hedge fund with 100% of capital in Bittensor. Not mostly. 100%. Here's his full thesis. And why @SiamKidd already moved out of TAO and into alpha. --- Siam has 21 years of trading experience. He found Bittensor in November 2023. DSV Fund went live in January 2025. 100% allocated from day one. --- His framework for picking assets is called "growing mountains." • Coding and computing in the 60s and 70s made billionaires • The internet was the biggest wave in history • Crypto was the next mountain • Bittensor is the virgin ecosystem inside that mountain He went in on Ethereum at $9 using this same framework. Now the whole fund is in TAO. --- His take on subnets is different from anyone else in the space. He says fundamentals will get you wrecked. Every subnet bleeds after launch. Liquidity pool starts at zero. The chart is down-only for months. His rule: don't touch a subnet until it bleeds dry, bottoms out, and starts trending up. He proved it with a public wallet. Bought the top 25 subnets and held. 100 TAO turned into 47 TAO in two months. Active management is not optional. --- On the long-term hold portfolio (gun to his head, 3-year hold): • Hippius (75) • Video (18) • Zeus (71) • Lead Poet • 21 AdTao All of them have one thing in common. Real world revenue. Research subnets are a different story. Without a backer, most of them die before product market fit. --- The stat that changes everything: Only 18.89% of TAO is currently in subnets. Sum of subnets is already at 1.37. He thinks subnet market cap will exceed TAO's total market cap. When 50% of TAO flows into subnets, the math becomes obvious. --- Bittensor is not perfect and he says so publicly. Subnet registration hit 662 TAO on March 27th. His fix: peg it at $25,000 flat regardless of TAO price. He also thinks the injection system needs a graduated tier. Once a subnet hits 100k TAO in its liquidity pool, injections stop. Free up capital for smaller pools. These are unpopular takes in the Bittensor community. He makes them anyway. --- Siam has been saying the same thing for two years. Stop sitting on TAO root at 3.73% APY. Get into alpha. 40-90% APY for the next 18 months. Even if price stays flat for 3 years, you triple your alpha stack just from yield. That's the trade.

MASSIVE: Raoul Pal: "Bitcoin peaks in 2026. Probably Q2." Raoul Pal has been right before. 2020 bottom. Called it. 2021 peak. Called it. Now he's saying the cycle extended. And early sellers may regret it. You already survived the dip. Don't give up the run.
