@hjluks I’m 61 and run a pretty taxing 8.3 mile hilly trail run every Saturday. Usually about 75% in Zone 4, 10% Z5. I lift the next day and understand workout won’t be great, don’t really care. Are you saying though the next day workout could hurt progress on the run the next week?

Strong entries in steakhouses, fine dining and Asian. If I existed solely to eat awesome food I'd probably live in Vegas.
