Media & political parties are busy with such opinions of hatred & creating an influence on the general public. Those who are responsible citizens are not bothered about what we are giving to the present & next generation. We have forgotten the lessons from the Hiroshima & Nagasaki nuclear attacks. People must understand no religion creates difference but it's the interpreter who creates one. When I retired in 2021 with a dream to influence our young generation for the betterment of people and our great Nation and its heritage I have jotted for our citizens if its suit may be shared with others. The recent remarks of the Uttarakhand High Court are not only questionable in reasoning but also raise serious concerns from an ethical standpoint. On what basis can the Court conclude that an individual was “sensationalising” the issue? Such observations risk creating a chilling effect, discouraging citizens from raising genuine grievances. At the same time, there appears to be little accountability for disruptive elements and so-called vigilante groups that openly intimidate others and disturb public peace without fear of consequence.
