To give some more context, my technical team is in India, but I got a good support rep in the UK. It was a positive experience, the first quarter of 2024, so I stepped back and let them to run the account. Generally had positive experiences. Exceptions prove the rule #epicfail

Due to some nonsensical situation (i.e. support rep changed the password and ran away) we have lost total control of our freshdesk account, 3 months ago 😵‍💫 Honestly I've never felt so pained. We have been wondering why support requests declined rapidly to 0, and now... Really😭
