I was thrilled to welcome @AlsobrooksForMD to District 43B tonight. The most exciting part of the visit was watching her interact with SO many engaged and enthusiastic young voters. Students from @TowsonU and @gouchercollege couldn’t wait to meet Maryland's next U.S. Senator.

Five years ago today, I was sworn in as a new member of the Maryland House of Delegates. It’s the best job I’ve ever had. Every day is another opportunity to help improve the lives of Marylanders, and to solve real problems for our constituents.

I was thrilled to see Stevie Wonder bring the world-renowned @MorganStateU Choir on stage last night. Their voices blended perfectly with his, making a memorable evening even more so. Bravo!

When @BarackObama and @MichelleObama walked @StevieWonder on stage last night, I knew this was not going to be an ordinary concert. Stevie's 10-city pre-election show, "As We Fix Our Nation's Broken Heart," was filled with messages of love and hope. Just what we need right now.
