The ceasefire isn't a ceasefire. The blockade isn't a blockade. And what he said wasn't a war is actually a war. This is the most brutally stupid foreign policy blunder America has made in my lifetime. And it's the sort of thing that should cost everyone involved their jobs.

Our ships are moving in and out of the waters of Strait of Hormuz. We have trade and energy agreements with Iran. We will respect and honor them and expect others to not meddle in our affairs. Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz and it is open for us."
