@bookingcom I’ve contacted the help centre multiple times already but nothing is fixed. I still see economy at the app and email. Your chats doesn’t let me post pictures of the problem. I can’t even tell if your team understands the anxiety the issue is causing!

@bookingcom changed my flight class from Business to Economy without any compensation. They keep telling me that it's an internal system issue and by ticket is still business class. But all i see are emails with the wrong class, and the wrong info in the app.

Feeling uncomfortable with the mess, I want to cancel the booking. Then @bookingcom keeps saying i have to pay for the cancellation. Will bring a large claim if they mess up at the time of flight

I've told @bookingcom about the mess, almost on a daily basis now, and they say the ticket is still business, but they keep sending me emails informing me that the class has changed to economy.

@dpduk_ so here I am telling the world the shambolic operations you run. And might I add, you don’t even have avenues for me to make a formal complaint to your company! All avenues lead to completely unhelpful staff who asks me to do more work, when you’re the one responsible!

@dpduk_ your team said someone at depo will contact me except that the wrong depo called only to tell me they couldn’t do a thing! The very unhelpful lady did however acknowledge that the proof of delivery is my parcel on your van!

@dpduk_ you lost my parcel worth hundreds of pounds and you can’t be bothered to go find it! You have also delayed sending this parcel for days, each time making me wait at home, not daring you to move out. When I called you, your Helpdesk couldn’t do a thing!

The Nightingale hospitals - built at vast expense - were a PR stunt by a government which has driven the NHS into the ground. There isn't the staff to operate them - because the Conservatives caused a staffing crisis - and they're now being dismantled as the NHS is overwhelmed.
