This day 2 years ago my wife and son had to carry me and load me into the car. I was too weak to stand on my own. I couldn’t walk. I was on my way to the ER in diabetic ketoacidosis. Glucose 693. A1C was 12.6. It was a scary experience. I saw fear in the eyes of my wife. She didn’t know what was wrong with me. She thought she was about to become a widow. I was incoherent. The next few days are pretty much a daze for me. But on my second day in the ICU I was aware enough to ask her why I was there. That’s when she told me. I was T2D and had gone into DKA. I didn’t know. Hadn’t had blood work in a few years. I had contracted COVID two weeks prior for the first time. Covid exacerbated the T2D. So here I was. In the ICU and coming to the realization I was there because I had eaten my way into this problem. This very serious problem. I could have made my wife a widow and my children fatherless. And for what? Food? That 3rd helping? Those extra peanut butter cups? Pizza? Gluttony? In that moment I vowed to eat my way back out. And that’s what I’ve done. Never again will my wife and son have to physically carry me because I wasn’t responsible enough to care for my health as I should. Never again will I be the weak link in my family. So I do what I got to do each and every day to ensure I reduce the chances of my wife and children ever having to see me like that again. They deserve me at my best so that’s what I’m goin to give them from this point forward. If you know you got changes to make, make them. Don’t delay. Sure. VIN is in the 16,000’s. Delivery June 2024. Tri-motor. First failure occurred sept 2025 at 35k miles. Second failure was Feb 2026 at 47k miles. Last night we had a rare power outage. PowerShare failed to work properly. Was the first use since latest pcs install. It would error out and disconnect saying to reduce house load. It was pulling 0.5kwh. After 3 or 4 times of it restarting PowerShare backup and failing I just unplugged the truck. Disappointing.

Well fuck. Was just getting ready to max charge to 100% for the storm coming tomorrow that will likely take out our power. 😡

So I ordered an AWD cybertruck a few days ago. Today I took my nephew to test drive one but all they had was a Cyberbeast….. I might have to change my order…😳😳 @cybertruck why do you do this to me??

@LamarMK I’m on my third PCS. Revision -G this time. First at 35k miles. Second at 47k. Really hope this latest revision resolves the issue.

Cybertruck PCS failures are happening back to back. It happened to my first truck VIN 2K, and recently happened to my new Cybertruck VIN 12K. I didn't say anything publicly at first because I didn't want to put Tesla in a bad light. But now I'm seeing someone post about a PCS failure almost daily, so I think it's best to say something about the issue. To my knowledge, this is only happening to older trucks. Newer trucks should not need to worry about this. Tesla has a new PCS revision ending in T2-G. If yours fails, double check with your service team that you're getting the latest version. I hope this new revision finally resolves the problem. The fun part? I got to drive a Cyberbeast while mine was being fixed, and that truck's performance is unmatched. It's incredibly fast. My suggestion to Tesla: fix any truck that develops a PCS issue, whether in or out of warranty. At some point, the older PCS versions will fail. Also, when your truck slows charging to 24A after a PCS failure is detected, it will only last a couple of days before completely failing. Schedule service as soon as you notice it, and Tesla will get you back up and running quickly. @elonmusk @wmorrill3 @cybertruck @Tesla @tesla_na

Mine was replaced at about 35k miles. I’m at 47k now and last night it started charging at only 24v on my home charger. Same pattern as last time. Degraded to 24v then no charging at all. Spoke with local service center this morning and they are aware. Seems to be an ongoing issue for many. My CT is in the 16,000 range for build number. Tri motor. Delivery June 2024.

How is your Cybertruck's PCS (Power Conversion System) holding up? Has yours been replaced?

@cybrtrkguy Agree. Been using since 10.4. FSD has reached the point where manual driving is a choice. It’s here.

FSD is indistinguishable from magic.

I drive a big gas guzzling truck, I operate big diesel using CAT dozers & have always been a combustible engine kinda guy…but man, this @Tesla my wife got is growing on me. Rode to mall w/ her. Flipped self driving on. Crowded. FSD handled it like a champ. Roundabout included.

Absolutely! I keep it simple. For each pint I use 350 ml of 2% fairlife milk, 10g sugar free instant pudding mix and 40g whey isolate protien. I generally use vanilla protein and pudding mix then will add a sugar free flavored syrup during the re-spin phase. I typically eat 2 to 3 pints a day. I’ll add my creatine to one of them each day. Makes it easy. Hope this helps!
