@JacobAShell I don’t mind the wide open space. I know everyone thinks they’re sweet like sugar but haven’t heard of anyone melting in a little sun. Plus it’s a great source of Vitamin D when the sun is out 😉

The residential neighborhoods of Washington, DC are as pretty as anywhere, but the wide streets in the downtown and federal core are horrible, especially in oppressive heat. Should add some pedestrian medians with trees and benches.

I stopped by the soft opening tonight for Le Boulangerie St. George’s on the corner at Eastern Market. It’s FINALLY opening 7:30am tomorrow! Looks stunning & treats were amazing. So many people excited to see them open their doors in the neighborhood.
