This is Democrat Judge Matthew Barrett.
He put elderly Gold Star Mom Tina Peters in prison for 9 years, effectively a life sentence, for the “crime” of exposing Democrat Jena Griswold’s election fraud.
His unconstitutionally cruel and unusual sentence was just thrown out by an appeals court.
Judge Barrett should be impeached.

CA State Senator Scott Wiener did not author nor propose nor support ANY legislation to prevent fraud in California.
Quite the opposite: Wiener’s legislation released prisoners and reduced penalties for crimes.

Make no mistake. The fraud we are prosecuting in California was enabled by the lack of any vetting or checking by California state officials responsible for licensing hospices. California continues to refuse to enact regulations needed to stop fraudsters.

2020. Turkish anchor baby ring found operating in Long Island, NY — mothers got taxpayer funded healthcare.
This is insane:
"Prosecutors say more than 100 pregnant women from Turkey came here to give birth, so their children were instantly granted U.S. citizenship."
"Investigators say the women then used benefits like Medicaid."
"The defendants fraudulently facilitated the births in the United States of approximately 119 Turkish children. And those children now hold birthright U.S. citizenship."
"It's the 14th amendment that grants citizenship to any child born in the U.S. Officials say in this case, ringleaders brazenly advertised in Turkey."
"What's illegal? Alleged lies to obtain travel visas. Fraudulent Medicaid claims for babies and moms who stayed at seven birth houses across Suffolk County."
"Women paid up to $10,000 each for accommodations and free health care paid by U.S. taxpayers."
DA: "They're doing it on the backs of the taxpayers. They're milking the Medicaid system."

"They are among thousands of Chinese who become so-called birth tourists staying in maternity hotels near Los Angeles." “Paid $27,000 to a Chinese agency with a website that advertises the advantages of giving birth in America. The agency helps arrange U.S. tourist visas, lodging and medical care." “Allowed the parents to get around China's one-child policy. That restriction does not apply to Chinese who give birth overseas. " "This hilltop home was converted into a maternity hotel that housed as many as 30 pregnant Chinese women at a time." No sane country would allow this.

At one point, California had more people applying for unemployment than there were adults in the entire state. $32.6 billion. Gone. Prisoners collected. Dead people collected. I warned them. I begged them not to let the money go out like that. They suspended every rule anyway. The tools to stop this exist. So why are the doors still open? 30 years tracking fraud. This is the biggest in American history.
