@hopper @krisvancleave @CBSMornings @hopper Worst experience ever with app. Booked hotel through app received confirmation and they got paid. Drove 12 hrs showed up to hotel and they said third party canceled reservation three days prior. We never received any notification that it was canceled.

@HopperSupport I’m formally complaining about a serious issue with my booking. The @Hopper app was glitching, customer service refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and I was given incorrect info. As a result, I was charged twice for the same reservation. This is unacceptable.

@HopperSupport this company is completely ridiculous. Ive completed this referral program WEEKS AGO. To this day its still unable to claim, support line just says “use your card to pay for the room” but cant even honour they’re referral program.

Excuse me while I be a Karen but ONCE AGAIN @hopper has taken my money then canceled flights. I decided I wanted my hubby to come to Vegas so I booked him a last minute flight and they immediately canceled the flights saying the airlines were actually full. They did this to me not even two months ago when I flew to LA. Idk why I didn't learn my lesson then 😭😭😭😭 this happens with every @FlyFrontier flight available on hopper.
