@HopperSupport I’m formally complaining about a serious issue with my booking. The @Hopper app was glitching, customer service refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and I was given incorrect info. As a result, I was charged twice for the same reservation. This is unacceptable.

Patiently waiting for my refund so I can book him a flight somewhere else

Excuse me while I be a Karen but ONCE AGAIN @hopper has taken my money then canceled flights. I decided I wanted my hubby to come to Vegas so I booked him a last minute flight and they immediately canceled the flights saying the airlines were actually full. They did this to me not even two months ago when I flew to LA. Idk why I didn't learn my lesson then 😭😭😭😭 this happens with every @FlyFrontier flight available on hopper.

Your platform and communication is completely broken.

@hopper booked me a hotel room that didn't exist and has left me on hold for forty minutes after midnight while they "try to contact their partner hotel". Absolutely disgraceful customer service
