The Special Campaign by @DGFTIndia has led to an unprecedented acceleration in approvals, with 10,242 Export Obligation Discharge Certificates (EODCs) approved up to 24 March 2026, nearly 173% higher than in February. This achievement reflects a focused effort by the Modi Government to improve compliance monitoring under trade facilitation schemes, reduce grievances & make processes more seamless for our exporters.

MoU to strengthen packaging innovation in India’s textile sector 🇮🇳 An MoU was exchanged between the Office of the Textile Commissioner and the Indian Institute of Packaging on 13 March 2026 during the Western Zone States Consultation organised by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India at Hotel Hilton Mumbai, in the presence of Smt. Day-2 of the National Conference “Future of Packaging: Innovate–Integrate–Inspire” commenced on 27 February 2026 at ITC Sonar, Kolkata with active and focused participation of 250 delegates. The day was centered on the theme “Circular Economy & Plastic Waste Management Regulations” under the Sensitization & Capacity Building Training programme of West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB).
