P*ssed off father addresses township board over the cover up of an accident where his wife his son were hit by the son of a friend of the chief of police. Fortunately, a Westmoreland County judge took the unusual step of rejecting the plea deal, stating home monitoring was entirely inappropriate for an offense requiring prison time. Carrozza fought back with constitutional law. He openly called out Township Manager Harry Fulk for attempting to bypass him, exposed threats of arrest from the DA for asking questions, and vowed to strip the board members of their qualified immunity via a federal civil rights lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. As of June 2026 ​The fallout has turned into a massive First Amendment battle. Instead of transparent answers, local authorities hit Carrozza with a wave of criminal charges, ordering him to stand trial for misdemeanor counts of disrupting a public meeting, illegal recording in a police lobby, and endangering a public official after he posted an officer's photo online to criticize the department. ​Carrozza maintains that these charges are an unconstitutional overreach designed to criminalize citizen activism and silence a father demanding justice for his permanently injured wife and child. Mullen remains charged with felony aggravated assault by vehicle, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and multiple traffic summaries as the case moves toward a formal criminal trial.

I don’t believe they would have made much on the deal if anything. I believe it was a way to sell their assets and keep all those planes running and people working. I’ll never drive gas engine again as main car. EV is simple, highly responsive and fast. And after owning one for 5 years, there’s hardly any upkeep. No oil, oil filters….brake pads don’t wear much/last forever. It’s a better tech than gas engine (fun to drive, no lag), it’s less costly to own by a lot….and I still get laid. Some like the loud gas engine, so they should stay away. But the rest should maybe take one for a spin before commenting.

"Guides with the trekking agencies allegedly poisoned tourists by putting baking soda in their food to trigger severe gastrointestinal distress that mimicked altitude sickness or food poisoning," the New York Post reports. Operators would allegedly then forge medical documents and flight documents to charge international travel insurers. According to police, the groups have received $19.69 million in insurance payouts. Police in Nepal have charged 32 individuals for organized crime and fraud, including trekking company owners, helicopter operators, and hospital executives.

TSA should never have to be voted on for funding. Passengers pay fees for security in their airline ticket, and airlines remit it to TSA. Today, Philadelphia International Airport was forced to close a terminal because of a staffing shortage during the Democrats’ DHS shutdown. At PHL alone, 800 TSA agents are under strain, with some forced to take second jobs or stay home because they can’t afford basic expenses. Americans and our TSA agents deserve better.
