I went back through every session to 1944, when David O. McKay first used the term, and found 41 total occurrences including today’s. The 1960s were the peak decade with 10 instances. The 2020s already have 9, and we’re only halfway through.

I've working on these steak for 2 days, and we finally got to eat it last night. It was phenomenal. I started with a 24-hour dry salt cure in the fridge, followed by 3 hours in the sous vide, then another 2 hours in the fridge on a drying rack, and finally a seer in tallow, finished with garlic butter and flake salt.
