I’m excited to announce the 21 startups we’ve selected to join our Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX) Fall 2024 cohort, which starts this week. Over the next 8 weeks, they’ll get firsthand lessons from top crypto founders, receive guidance and support from @a16zcrypto’s investing and operating teams, and build connections with each other and the broader a16z network. As (we hope!) you may have started to notice …more than a few things are changing for the AYIN Collective at the moment. The $AYIN Roadmap release (being unveiled in 16 blocks of ongoing disclosure as a nod to all things Rhone) is a hotbed reveal of new features, new products, and announcements that we are sharing with our communities to galvanize understanding and support for what AYIN’s future looks like. And it's those ‘looks’ that we unveil today. A critically needed body of work on the AYIN Roadmap release (ARM), is a Brand Facelift. We have had a lot of feedback from the community on this topic and we resolutely concur that AYIN needs a new set of clothes. For Roadmap ALPHa drop #5 we are excited to lift the kimono on AYIN’s new brand look and feel. We also need to stress this is NOT a finalized body of work - we still have plenty more creativity to mine here - that said we are excited about where we’ve taken the brand refresh so far, and thrilled to be sharing that with you today, and even more upbeat for its potential going forward. What are your thoughts? As a community platform, your input is super important to us. As we transition into this new visual identity as a project and community, keep your eyes peeled and notifications on for this new look to be deployed over a variety of applications over the coming weeks — including new logo lock-ups, colors, and typography across all platform assets, reports, infographics, dashboards, and of course on our newly designed website scheduled for release next month. At AYIN we are LONG on Branding - much of our thinking is all centered around ecosystem growth. It’s awesome that the underlying Alephium tech is so good, its awesome to see such passion in our communities but we feel but without stand-out brands active on chain its harder to lure the madding crowds. On top of amazeballs DeFi tech, products, and function - we want every experience, every touch point with AYIN to look and feel sublime, to subconsciously plead with you for more - and we won’t be stopping until we get there! Today we unveil our first tile on the Roadmap reveal and whilst perhaps not the most exciting one on the map - it’s certainly at the foundation and fulcrum of everything we will be doing going forward. These past few months have been mission-critical for the new AYIN team - we needed to get under the hood of the AYIN platform and surgically realise a strategic path to surety and transformation. Concurrently, we have been building out new teams, architecting blueprints, defining the new portfolio of products, implementing systems, programs, policy and approach and generally cementing the game plan. On the Roadmap we captured all this critical activity under MIGRATION 2.0 and today we share it’s on the cusp of completion. It’s important to note that during our time spent plotting in stealth-mode, we have made significant strides in actualising our vision for AYIN. It’s been a potent chapter of execution and evolution that positions the brand-new AYIN Fintech Collective in a formidable position. The new leadership team is laser focused on building a sustainable behemoth, the foundations of which are nothing short of crucial. We are pleased about what we have achieved in the MIGRATION 2.0 body of work but that is small potatoes when it comes to the euphoria we have building for GEN3.0 frameworks and delivery.
