Beth Bourne says her daughter was offered a transgender surgery by Kaiser Permanente when she was only 15 years old in California
She says students at Davis Unified School District are being transitioned and allowed to “cut off their breasts” and offered testosterone
“My daughter was offered a mastectomy by her Kaiser Dr. Lynn, you know, Alyssa, her doctor, when she was only 15 years old at Kaiser Davis, said that she could go to the gender proud clinic in Oakland and take testosterone and have a double mastectomy”

And you know, I met one of these boys yesterday at Da Vinci High School, and he told me that he's so happy to be on estrogen, that he's been on estrogen for six months — he said he lost his sexual function, but he doesn't care”
