> Takes her shopping (his money) > Carries her bag > Cooks for her If there was no kiss in the end I would assume that was her father. This video makes it look like every girl's dream is to get a parent not a partner. Someone who gives them money, cooks for them and takes care of them. Media like this fills women with ideas that are not sustainable in the real world. This is why marriages fail at enormous rates now because we are filling women's heads with these fantasies. Feminism is about equality it's about sharing the burden equally what it's not about is sitting on your ass and getting princess treatment not working for a damn.

@aquiloniandream That framing feels pretty off — hobbies aren’t a ranking of human worth.

The ranking of these hobbies is exactly inverse to how much agency you have as a man. At the bottom is video games - something you do entirely for yourself. At the top is “social dancing,” where you are nothing but a material vessel for women to engage with as a non-threatening, non-committal sensual activity. What’s hilarious is how quickly the ranking jumps the shark by leaving “golf” at D tier; it gives away the game. Golf overcomes almost every surface-level problem of video games; it’s physical, classical, offline, social, mature, and signifies status, but it’s for the boys. Women get nothing out of you golfing. This bitch and cunts like her want you to be completely dead inside unless you are serving her with every fiber of your being. Your only reason to exist is to make her comfortable and happy no matter what she does or what kind of person she is.

@infantrydort Qualification/experience is only important when it demonstrates capacity to complete future tasks. He obviously has the capacity to run the DoW.

If this doesn't make sense to you, it's because you don't understand the role of the Russian Orthodox church in Russia's government. Russia is still one of the most atheist and unchurched countries in the world. The role of the church is to be a vessel for nationalism-not a religion that people actually believe and follow.

We're all slaves to the bottom quintile and the collection of megacorporations that exploit the various subsidies lavished upon it For example, the productive are taxed to fund SNAP, which the bottom quintile uses to buy carbonated corn syrup called soda, and SNAP is about a quarter of Coca-Cola/PepsiCo revenue. Soda is the number one item bought with SNAP. We then are taxed yet more to fund the Medicaid for the bottom quintile, so our tax dollars can pay for the diabetes treatments for the corn syrup enjoyers, so they can continue consuming more corn syrup while relying on SNAP and Medicaid. So, those who are destroying the West's topsoil at a rapid rate to grow corn benefit (they're subsidized through other programs as well), Pepsi and Coca Cola benefit, and the bottom quintile benefits The average net taxpayer, on the other hand, receives absolutely no benefits from this...unless he owns shares in those companies, the gains on and dividends of which are then taxed again to further keep the ridiculous cycle of yeast life subsidization going

almost every city in the country now sits atop a system in which a minority of highly-productive young people are expected to work away their best years around the clock, just to cover rent, while giving away half their income to crazy people, criminals, and bureaucrats.

No. The whole point is that this house was average FOR THE TIME In 1950, if you couldn’t afford the “average” house pictured below, they didn’t say you were entitled and should just accept 1890’s living standards like the log cabin with no HVAC your grandpa built
Ron Rule@ronrule

“The average family in the 1950’s could afford a house on a single income!” 🙄 Sure. That’s because the average house in the 1950’s looked like this. The average family can still afford this house on a single income.

@vers_laLune Y'all are crazy! My wife has expressed empathy for me, my mother had expressed empathy for me, my sister has expressed empathy for. I have literally told my wife word for word what the post said, and she took care of me. Women aren't monsters!

@sever53590 @ReviewsPossum I am more concerned about the irrational part. It's very rational for a woman to want to know they will be loved unconditionally because they are more vulnerable than men and before they commit for life it is rational to want to know they will be loved not matter what

@Proudneocon @ReviewsPossum I swore my unconditional love when we got married. Before that, she wasn’t owed unconditional love. We made a deal to do life together and raise a family because we found each other very attractive, easy to get along with, and having compatible values and life goals.

One of the best insights I’ve gotten was from @infantrydort . He told me that the GOP in DC fell in two camps: those who still value the institutions, and those who have been destroyed by the institutions. Critically, the Republicans who still believe in institutions, believe that those who have been destroyed by institutions are “broken” in some way. Call them uncivil. Call them crazy. Whatever. All those Republicans who still value the institutions are telling themselves a story that will allow them to continue their cushy lives of receiving honorariums, awards, fellowships, steakhouse dinners, and so on. And it includes something like: Charlie Kirk was a one-off. @robbystarbuck must have done something to deserve what he got. Infantrydort must have had a bad performance record. DataRepublican is a misinformation agent. And so on. Sadly, many of them will continue to find out the hard way that the institutions that fawn over them so have long turned ideologically hard-left, and will destroy them on a second’s notice.

“Democracy depends on heavy doses of civility. Since the American founding, we’ve suffered from bouts of incivility, from the sharp words of soundbites to much worse. When it happens, Americans often recognize it and demand more from themselves and their countrymen.” -Excerpt in today’s @NRO from my forthcoming book “What Conservatives Believe: Rediscovering the Conservative Conscience.” Reprinted with permission from Center Street, an imprint of Hachette Book Group. nationalreview.com/2026/05/the-ne…

@ReviewsPossum Many women have an irrational desire to be wanted for THEMSELVES only, entirely apart from anything they have to offer. Hence, “would you love me if I were a worm?”
