@imperialvenues I booked 4 nights in Beit Hall in September. I could not stay more than 1 night as there was no hot water and the room was filthy. I was assured I'd get a refund, but now I am not getting any response to my repeated emails. Please help?

I'm very lucky to be coaching two teams at @UMich - daily coaching cycles over @Zoom using @Mural storyboards. Each team has a short process which they're working to improve, and by doing so, they're learning how to think and act in a more scientific way. #ToyotaKata

Improvement can be exponential - v.slow at first, but then increasing. With consistent + frequent practice, all of a sudden the progress can be HUGE. This phenomenon can be frustrating for a new learner, but the coach must let them experience it themselves. #katamicrolearning

@consultswan @amazon Amazon have ruined the whole thing, I am still so cross! Cannot play a specific song now, they will only shuffle songs by the artist, mixed in with other 'similar' songs. Same for playlists, they cannot be played in sequence, only shuffled. SO NOT COOL 💔 @Spotify here I come.

Just had a full blown row with my Alexa as to why she wouldn't play my favourite playlist without shuffling. I use this playlist to focus and GET ON IT. After some desperate googling I discover that it's not just me, but this is an actual 'upgrade'. Not happy @Amazon!
