Impressive #EuroPCR live case from @JEscaned & @NievesGonzalo1 on the use of CT to plan and manage cases - the dynamic Madrid duo positioned the IVL catheter based on the co-reg CT overlay image on the left before delivering/managing pulses. Definitely watching the future here...

Good discussion in the post-ECLIPSE era about the thresholds for advanced calcium modification strategies at #CTO2025 between Jeff Moses and @ziadalinyc and moderated by Ajay Kirtane -poll results are pre- and post-discussion...not much movement

@jedicath @yadersandoval Indeed - a lot of work to be done in this respect but stay tuned for SCAI & SCCT initiatives focused on increasing CCTA access for ICs

@SSinSF @yadersandoval As mentioned by Kandazari only 20% of cath labs have access to CCTA. Even less IC are capable of interpreting the CCTA. Outside USA many CCTA are read by radiologists who are disconnected with the question the IC wants answered.
