The trouble with Restorative Practices in schools is that there is too much focus on using them to respond to incidents and not enough on building community to prevent incidents. You can't restore what you didn't build.

A bittersweet end to my two year placement today with Hackney EPS. Will miss working with and learning from the most inspiring and incredible team 🥺. Looking forward to new beginnings at @BirminghamEPS 🎊. For now, time to relax and enjoy the summer ☀️
